These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products sold by Félice Skincare.

By accessing our site, you confirm that:

  • You will not use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activities.

We reserve the right to update or modify website content at any time without notice.

3. Product Information & Disclaimer

Félice Skincare products are cosmetic skincare products intended for external use only.
We do not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Individual results may vary. Please review ingredients carefully to avoid allergies or sensitivities. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We accept secure payments through:

  • Credit/Debit Card (via Stripe)
  • Other payment methods as listed at checkout

Prices may change without notice, but orders already placed will not be affected.

5. Order Processing

Once you place an order, you will receive:

  1. An order confirmation email
  2. A notification when your order is dispatched

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g. due to stock issues or suspected fraudulent activity). If this happens, you will be refunded.

6. Shipping

We ship orders Australia-wide using recognised couriers (e.g. Australia Post).

Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout, but delays may occur during peak seasons or due to courier issues.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is correct. Orders sent to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded.

7. Returns & Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products, unless the product is faulty.

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged or incorrect item
  • The product is faulty

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to:

Approved returns must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In original condition and packaging

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the item is inspected.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been packed or shipped.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Félice Skincare is not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss.
  • Our liability is limited to the replacement value of the purchased product.
